Bench warrant

A BENCH warrant has been issued for the arrest of 23-year-old Kevin Somers of 3 Fr Murphy Close, Enniscorthy, after he failed to appear before Judge Haughton at the District Court.

Somers had been due to face six counts of criminal damage and one charge of entering a building with intent to commit an offence at 80 Pearse Road on October 8 of 2015.
