-

A SPEEDING fine came with a 12 month driving ban for Jacek Dziadura, 1 Marsh Lane, New Ross as details of his licence were not available to the District Court sitting in Wexford.

The judge learned that Dziadura’s car was clocked at 117 km/h on the N25 at Carrigadaggan, Newbawn on May 28 earlier this year.

A fine of €300 was imposed in the absence of the accused along with the one year disqualification.

Speeding fines of €300 apiece were also recorded against:

• Arunas Medezius, Knocine Freight Services, Kilacree, Drinagh after his vehicle hit 92 km/h in the 80 km/h zone at Rathaspeck on April 13;
