‘SUE Murphy Personal Trainer’ is based at Knockeen, Larkins Cross, Barntown in a spacious 2,500 sq ft premises where the emphasis is on fitness training, personally tailored to meet health & nutrition requiremen­ts. Since opening the gym One to One personal training has grown from strength to strength (literally!!) and while this is the most personal service Sue offers, she now is offering small group personal training. A group of friends or colleagues can come together, or Sue will add you to a group of people with the same goals. You must commit to two 45minute Small group personal training sessions a week of exercise but also will get online nutrition support, motivation, before and after photos (optional), at a more economical price without getting lost in the crowd, so it’s a win win situation!

Trx suspension training classes are the newest addition to the group classes with Spinning Classes being one of the most popular classes on offer. Spinrx (spinning and trx combinatio­n) and Spin ‘n’ Tone are the combo classes focusing on total body toning while getting the added benefits of improving your cardio – vascular fitness, weight loss, endurance and core strength.
