CWCW COLLECTION THANKS
At the recent church gate collection in the Ballagh, €402 was raised for the Co. Wexford Community Workshop. Thank you to all the generous contributors and well done to those who organised and helped with the collection.

CFR IS LIVE

GAA DEVELOPMENT DRAW
The Final Draw of Year two of the GAA Development Draw resulted in the following prize-winners: Fiona Murtagh, The Adams Family and Michael and Marie Redmond.
COMMIT TO BE FIT
As the ‘Race to be Mayor’ hots up, the organisers are being most creative, coming up with very interesting ideas. Phil Redmonds team have organised Circuit Training, for all levels of fitness, in the Ballagh Community Centre, on Mondays and Thursdays, starting on Monday, January 7, with a Talk on Healthy Eating and Nutrition from Chloe Carton, with training starting immediately after the talk. The cost is €5 per night or 12 classes for €50.
Having organised a hugely successful ‘Truck and Tractor Run’ and a Monster table quiz recently, Spongers team will hold a Talent Competition in Marty’s Bar, Oulart on January 12. The winners of the Talent Competition will go forward to the Grand Final that will be held at a later date.
