Nicole Dwyer, resident of B&B accommodation for the homeless, was responsible for stealing €24.50 worth of cosmetics from Dealz in Wexford.

She was arrested shortly afterwards in Penneys and the District Court was assured that the goods were recovered.

A list of previous convictions read out in court included one count of assault on a police officer which was handed down at a court in Coventry, England.
