Shoplifting
A 24-year-old unemployed woman with no fixed address was put on probation for six months after pleading guilty to shoplifting.
Nicole Dwyer, resident of B&B accommodation for the homeless, was responsible for stealing €24.50 worth of cosmetics from Dealz in Wexford.
She was arrested shortly afterwards in Penneys and the District Court was assured that the goods were recovered.
A list of previous convictions read out in court included one count of assault on a police officer which was handed down at a court in Coventry, England.
