Recovery College

The Spring 2019 timetable for the Recovery College South East is now available and enrolment forms to participate in a workshop can be had by contacting 086 1746330 or by email to recoverycollegesoutheast@gmail.com.

The workshops are for everyone and are based around mental health awareness and support.

The workshops are free-ofcharge and are based around well-being and recovery.

The workshops are co-produced and co-delivered by people who have lived experience in conjunction with professional experts.

The college used an educational approach to develop and enhance people’s overall sense of well-being.
