SINCE graduating from Trinity College in 1990 I have been practicing physiotherapy for 28 years, and have received a Masters in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy and Doctorate in Physiotherapy from MGHIHP (affiliate of Harvard Medical School), while working in the US.
I have also extensively studied and lectured on holistic manual therapies including Craniosacral/ Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, & Visceral Mobilisation.
My aim is to always treat the underlying causes of each persons’ symptoms, to restore long lasting pain free movement and function.
I work on all the body systems i.e. musculo-skeletal, neurological, digestive-gastro intestinal, respiratory, circulatory (including lymphatic), renal, endocrine, immune, reproductive, emotional/ mental. I use therapeutic
exercises and offer INSOLE PRESCRIPTIONS also. I treat INFANTS, CHILDREN AND ADULTS.
CONDITIONS TREATED:
Back and Neck pain including disc bulges, arthritis, scoliosis, whiplash, sciatica, sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Limb pain all joints arms and legs, post fracture/ surgery rehab, plantar fasciitis.
Sports Injuries hamstring,/ groin/iliotibial band strains etc. Headaches (migraine, tension), sinus issues, trigeminal neuralgia, bell’s palsy, jaw pain/TMJ, Vertigo, tinnitus, dizziness, balance issues, Arthritis and Rheumatism. Repetitive Strain Injuries including carpaltunnel syndrome, Fibryomyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Regional Pain Syndrome/ Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. Anxiety/Irritability/Depression.
