Bunclody pool lottery licence

A LOTTERY licence was granted at the District Court to assist fundraising in aid of the Bunclody swimming pool.

The application brought before Judge John Cheatle was in the name of pool secretary Janet Murtagh.

The matter was moved by solicitor Macarten O’Gorman on behalf of his colleague Peter Creane. No objection was proffered on behalf of the gardaí by Sergeant Gary Rayner.
