Four-year ban from driving
STUART FENLON from 144 Shingán, Milehouse Road, Enniscorthy was put off the road for four years after the District Court heard that he had a previous conviction for driving without insurance.
The case taken by Garda James Commins arose after Fenlon was intercepted at the wheel of his brother-in-law’s car at Milehouse Road on September 3, 2017.
No valid insurance cert was ever produced to cover his driving.
Judge John Cheatle set a fine of €350 in the absence of the accused, whose solicitor had no up-to-date instructions, along with the four year disqualification from holding a driving licence.
