Bursary offers for artists

The Arts Department of Wexford County Council has announced two upcoming opportunities for artists - the Leitrim Sculpture Centre Residency Award and the Tyrone Guthrie Centre Bursary.

The Leitrim residency offers a six weeks stay for visual artists from August 5 to September 15, with free living and work accommodation, access to technical facilities and a stipend of €1,400 towards materials. The bursary will enable two Wexford-based artists to spend time at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre at Annaghmakerrig in County Monaghan, including board, lodging and expenses.
