Pool company wins gold standard award
A pool company which specialises in the installation of swimming pools, spas and thermal suites, has won a gold standard UK industry award.
Managing Director of Poolcourt, John Henry said the company has won numerous awards over the years for their saunas, steam-rooms, experience showers etc. John said: ‘We tend to operate at the higher end of the market, offering bespoke packages to suit our customer’s requirements. We operate nationwide, and on occasion, undertake projects in the UK and further afield.’
The business is currently tendering for a project in the Alps. A sister company,
Aquascope Engineering Ltd, tends to all after-sales care of completed projects and offer the service, maintenance and refurbishment packages throughout Ireland.
‘In relation to the industry, we are experiencing a growth again, particularly in high end projects, both in residential and commercial new builds. We have won many previous awards, however, this is our latest award.’
The award is a gold standard award for the Residential Outdoor Pool of The Year for the 2018 UK Pool and Spa Awards, which was hosted in Birmingham. Poolcourt were the only Irish company to receive an award this year, with strong competition from the UK. The awards cover The UK and Ireland. ‘We won the award for a large project in the south east. The project included a 25 meter pool lap pool, and a vitality pool, complete with air loungers, massage stations and therapy jet seats.’
