SPLIT-THE-POT

The winner of our Wednesday, February 20, draw was Arihanna Pollard: winning €76. Congratulations to her. Our sincere thanks to everyone for your continued support. 45 CARD DRIVE

A very successful 45 Card Drive is ongoing in the Coolgreany Inn on each Friday night at 8.30 p.m., everyone is very welcome to come along for a good night of craic at the cards, and some lovely finger food thrown in for good measure. So please join us if you enjoy a game of 45.

Birthday greetings to Bobby Hughes, Ballylacey, who celebrates his seventh birthday on February 27, also birthday greetings to Se Killoran Kilahurler, and also Clodagh Carroll Newtown, both of whom celebrate their 11th birthdays on 28th (29th) February

SYMPATHY

The Local Community extend their deepest sympathy to the extended family of the late Dr Nora Liddy Coolgreany, whose burial took place in Ballyfad Cemetery on last Tuesday after Mass in St David’s Church Johnstown.
