The beauty of Co Wexford through the lens
SCENIC Wexford is captured in all its glory through the lens of photographers who entered a competition organised by the Visit Wexford campaign.
The competition invited amateur and professional photographers to submit photos in four categories: Adventure, Historic, Holiday Experience and Natural Landscapes.
Almost 270 enthusiasts from all over the country entered photos and 20 finalists were shortlisted to attend an awards night in Clayton Whites Hotel.
The judges were Colm Neville of the Riverside Park Hotel in Enniscorthy; Billy Byrne of Visit Wexford, Eimear Dunne of Clayton Whites Hotel and the photographer John Timmons.
‘We were overwhelmed by the extremely high standard of the entries’, said Mr. Neville.
