Fined for holding mobile phone
Handling a mobile phone while driving through New Ross led to a court summons for 35-year-old David Bolger, Kiltilly, Bunclody.
Proceedings were initiated by Garda Mairead Cummins in the light of her observations at Mounthanover on
October 4 last.
On the morning in question, she saw Bolger driving a 2015 Wexford registered vehicle while holding the phone.
A fine of €120 was imposed by Judge Brian O’Shea at the District Court on May 19.
