Blocking access

A vehicle which was found blocking access to the Wexford County Council offices in Enniscorthy’s Court Street was at the heart of a case finalised at the District Court sitting in Wexford.

The illegal parking occurred on the morning of November 16, 2018, and it resulted in the offending motor being towed away. Proceedings were initiated against Mizsan, Mitrie from 14 Court Street as the registered owner. The result was a fine of €140 for the accused.
