Benefit of the Probation Act

The benefit of the Probation Act was extended to first time drug offenders who pleaded guilty at Wexford District Court on Wednesday, May 20.

Hubert Nowaczyk (20), Flat 2, The Arch, Bunclody, was caught with €20 worth of an illicit substance at Waterfront car park on July 29, 2019.

Dimitri Nacu (18), 5 Westbury Woods, Enniscorthy, was found to have €25 worth of cannabis at his home on April 5 last year.
