Change of commercial space into apartments
A PLANNING application for an exempted development to change the first floor above a commercial shop unit on the Main Street of Gorey into two apartments has been submitted.
Michael Wade of Wade’s Pharmacy on 75/76 Main Street wishes to change the former commercial use first floor into residential apartments as it has been vacant for over three years. Mr Wade owns the entire building.
The pharmacy and the rest of the premises is a protected structure under the Wexford County Development Plan. It is not proposed to change or alter the front elevation of the protected structure.
