Learner driver fined in court

HARLEY Dunne (25), Ballinaclash, Raheenduff, Oulart could not attend the District Court to deal with motoring summonses as he was in the UK.

Mr King accepted that his client, a learner permit holder, was on the road in Killeens on November 17 last year holding a mobile phone fine €160.
