155 km/h on Gorey bypass

GOREY Roads Policing Unit stopped a driver last Tuesday night who was doing 155 km/h.

The incident occurred on the M11, where the maximum speed is 120 km/h.

A fixed charge penalty notice was issued to the Mercedes driver.

Gardaí released an image of the vehicle on their Twitter account and are urging all drivers to obey speed limits and drive with care.
