Wedding fair success at Wells

-

FOOD menus, table set ups and mocktails were among the items up for discussion at Wells House and Gardens last week.

Hundreds of engaged couples visited the historic house and its grounds for the wedding fair where they met the team and wedding suppliers.

The wedding fair was a great opportunity for couples to see the newly renovated Robertston Hall that is situated away from the house and can be used for wedding receptions after the couples ceremony.

The latest wedding trends were on show at Wells House, from floral arrangements to live music from local musicians. There were also examples of canapés, prosecco, cocktails and mocktails throughout the day.

Niamh Carolan, marketing manager at Wells House and Gardens, said the wedding team were on hand to chat to couples about their big day and there was a great atmosphere about the place with a lot of people coming and going for the duration of the wedding fair.

‘This event was a chance for us to showcase what we had to offer and we are hoping that people could see themselves saying “I do” at Wells House and Gardens,’ said Niamh.

Suppliers from throughout county Wexford and further afield were placed within the main house of Wells and Roberston Hall.

Dates are limited for 2019, particularly around the summer so their advice is to secure a date at least a year in advance.
