Train time changes... what do you think?

RAIL commuters are being urged to make their thoughts known on proposed changes to the Rosslare Europort to Dublin timetable.

Iarnród Éireann is planning to implement further timetable alteration­s from December 9, subject to the approval of the National Transport Authority.

Proposed changes include extending the weekday 5.33 p.m. Connolly to Wexford service to Rosslare Europort and terminatin­g the 6.35 p.m. Connolly to Rosslare Europort service at Wexford.

It is also proposed to bring forward the Saturday service from Connolly to Rosslare Europort from 9.40 a.m. to 8.05 a.m.

On Sundays, it is proposed to defer the 9.45 a.m. Connolly to Rosslare Europort service to 10.25 a.m. and to defer the 9.30 a.m. Rosslare Europort to Connolly service to 9.40 a.m.

Rail users are being invited to submit feedback on these proposed revisions through a special form available on irishrail.ie. Submission­s must be made by 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 15.

Iarnród Éireann has said it will review all suggestion­s received.
