Fes­tive sea­son in full swing

THE lead up to Christ­mas in Bun­clody starts on Fri­day 7th with the Satur­day Mar­ket pre-Christ­mas evening, start­ing at 7.00 p.m. with yummy treats, mulled wine, mu­sic and en­ter­tain­ment. Come along and join in the fun whilst shop­ping at the amaz­ing range of stalls.

The ac­tion moves to up the town with a Craft Fair in Glan­bia’s Gar­den Cen­tre on 8th and 9th De­cem­ber from 1.00 to 5.00pm, as part of a sea­sonal pro­mo­tion for the Car­rig­duff Re­tail­ers,

The re­cently up­graded Christ­mas lights will be turned on at 5.30pm in The Mar­ket Square with mu­sic and a visit from Santa.

ArtBank is dis­play­ing two ex­hi­bi­tions lead­ing up to Christ­mas. The first is Por­trait of Bun­clody, paint­ings by artists who were in Bun­clody for the Plein Air Fes­ti­val in the Sum­mer. The sec­ond ex­hi­bi­tion is by artists who at­tend ‘The Tues­day Work­shop’ all of whom are lo­cal.

ArtBank will be host­ing its in­creas­ingly pop­u­lar Open Mic night on Fri­day, 21st De­cem­ber from 7.30pm.

So come along, bring a bot­tle and your voice and join in.

So there is no ex­cuse for not stop­ping in Bun­clody with a var­ied ar­range­ment of shop­ping from Food to Fash­ion and Wine to a warm wel­come from the town’s re­tail­ers.
