Tomnalosse­tt service station on sale for €1.6m

A busy Enniscorth­y shop and petrol station has gone on the market carrying a price-tag of €1.6 million.

The Top Service Station in Tomnalosse­tt, which also houses a Londis supermarke­t, was listed for sale by DNG property and is being promoted as a wonderful investment opportunit­y for anyone with those kind of funds available.

Set out in the terms of the sale is that the property is occupied by tenants who are just coming into the third year of a 15 year lease.

Under the terms of the lease, the average yearly rent income for the property is €126,000 per annum, exclusive of VAT.
