Weekend Masses in the parish are as follows Saturday in Marshalstown at 7.30 p.m. and Sunday in Castledockrell at 10 a.m. Please note that also that baptisms in both Marshalstown and Castledockrell are on Saturdays only.
SOCIAL DANCING
The next social in Marshalstown community centre takes place on Friday, February 15, with music by Michelle Murphy and band. Doors open 9.30 p.m. Dancing starts at 10 p.m. Admission including tea is €8.
SYMPATHY
Sympathy is extended to the family of the late Margaret Dreelan. May she rest in peace.
JELLY TOTS
Our local baby and toddler group Jelly Tots meets up every Wednesday morning from 9.15 a.m. to 11.15 a.m. at Marshalstown Community centre. It is a great place to meet new people and children of the locality. Yoga classes and other educational sessions available one a month during this meet up.
CAMOGIE CLUB
Marshalstown-Castledockrell camogie club registration evening takes place in Farmleigh Clubhouse on Friday, February 8, 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. We ask that all members register on that evening as you are not insured to train till registered. If you cannot make that evening could you please contact a committee member to organise registration at your convenience.
Membership fees for 2019 are – under-eight €15. Under-10 to under-18 €30. Student/unemployed €35. Adult €50. Family €60. Non-player €25.
STORYTELLING
Next session of storytelling in Castledockrell Hall is on Thursday, February 21, at 8 p.m. Refreshments served. Raffle held on the night. Come along and bring a friend.
BINGO
Bingo continues every Thursday evening in Marshalstown Community Centre starting at 8.30 p.m. with three big jackpots to play for. Thanks to all who attended the bingo and to those who helped out at bingo each week for your continued support throughout 2018.

GAA
Marshalstown-Castledockrell GAA registration evening takes place in Farmleigh Clubhouse on Friday, February 8, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. All players need to be registered before they can train/ play in 2019.
Membership fees for 2019 are – Adult player €100. Adult player (fulltime student) €50 (fulltime student must supply copy of student card). Adult non-player €25. Under-seven – under-17 €20. Family membership €40. (family membership is for family members who are eligible to play or train at any level underage). Where parent or guardian holds a position of coach, mentor or any other duty within the club family membership will be €60 to include adult membership.
