Fitness and spirituality

Fr Chris Hayden will give a talk on fitness and spirituality on Monday, February 18, at 7 p.m. in St Michael’s Pastoral Centre, Church Car Park, St Michael’s Road.

The talk will cover raising your spirit by raising your heart rate. This will be followed by a group walk that will conclude at 8 p.m.
