New chapter for Sherry FitzGerald O’Leary Kinsella
IT was a time of special occasion for Sherry FitzGerald O’Leary Kinsella as the team recently revealed a newly refurbished office, which was something timely as the property company specialising in residential and commercial sales, as well as lettings and valuations are due to celebrate 20 years in business.
‘We had about eighty people through the office on the evening of the launch who got a tour of the office and enjoyed food and a few drinks,’ said Jim Kinsella.
The refurbished office now includes an auction room for in-house auctions, offering a bright spacious showrooms with a welcoming atmosphere for all customers serving North Wexford and South Wicklow.
Jim Kinsella said that the reaction to the new offices has been really positive.
‘People are liking the new style and we feel it gives a more transparent approach. The internal arrangement is good and so far we have even seen more collaboration between staff.
‘Customers are now more inclined to come in and talk, as the office provides a better opportunity to talk, promoting openness and transparency which is one our core values.
‘We find it really beneficial since we got rid of our traditional window displays, as prospective purchasers are more inclined to step inside, therefore giving us the opportunity to have meaningful discussions rather than the potential client looking at a window display and moving away,’ he said.
There are also private meeting rooms in the Gorey location, and plans are currently underway to refurbish the Enniscorthy branch in 2020.
The business first opened its doors in April 2000, and since then things have really changed dramatically for Sherry FitzGerald O’Leary Kinsella.
‘When setting up the business twenty years ago, one of the main things that attracted us to Sherry FitzGerald was that they are always to the forefront of the industry and lead the way with innovative estate agency. Our new generation, fresh look office is yet another of these dynamic strategies.
‘When we started we had just two staff in both the Gorey and Enniscorthy offices but now have a team of fifteen professionals and we look forward to serving the needs of the public over the next twenty years and beyond.
‘Key to our success is our commitment to customer service while concurrently adhering to the highest profession and ethical standards,’ said Jim.
He explained that moving forward also brought with a tinge of sadness, as all present at the opening launch felt sadness with the loss of colleague and friend Michael O’Leary in 2019.
‘On the night we unveiled a nice photo of Michael in our reception in his honour’.
