THE Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre in Gorey will celebrate its 5th birthday on Wednesday, April 24.

The Palm Health & Wellbeing Centre are dedicated to the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of Gorey community and surrounding areas. Five years ago, the owner, Mari Gregan realised a lifelong dream of establishing a health and wellbeing centre in Gorey.

“My mission was to establish a one-stop shop for the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for all. Today, my dream stands fulfilled, thanks to a highly qualified and dedicated team of practitioners offering an array of therapies and services tailored to nurture the mind, body, and emotional needs of the Gorey community,” said Mari.

The Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre opens seven days a week and provides counselling and psychotherapy, child counselling and play therapy, life coaching, reflexology, massages, physical therapy, cranial osteopathy, somatics, nutrition, hypnotherapy, RTT therapy, acupuncture, first options fertility, herbal medicine, reiki, sound therapy, meditation, pilates and yoga.

“All our practitioners are experienced and dedicated therapists who are not only highly qualified but also undergo continuous training and professional development. This ensures that they stay abreast of the latest advancements in their respective fields, delivering the best services,” said Mari

Two years ago, Mari proudly expanded the centre’s offerings with the development of The Olive Room, a dedicated space for yoga, pilates, workshops and training sessions.

“This addition has further enriched our ability to provide wellbeing experiences and opportunities for personal growth and development,” Mari said.

The Palms Health and Wellbeing Centre are invested in giving back to the community and in the last few years they’ve raised over €5,000 for local charities, including Wexford Hospice, Courtown RNLI, and Counselling hours with Wexford Rape Crisis. Furthermore, their annual open day in November serves as a platform to engage with the public, offering mini-treatments, informative talks, and yoga sessions, with all proceeds benefiting charity.

“As we celebrate our 5th birthday, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our community for their trust and support over the years. We remain dedicated to our mission of fostering health and wellbeing services in the area and continuing our journey with the community.”
