HERO OF 2018?

Emma Mhic Mhathúna.

VILLAIN OF 2018?

For me it’s Mr. Trump. His comments and actions are provoking so many social issues.

BEST PERSONAL MOMENT?

2018 had a few: baby girl, a book, and moving house… some big life moments in there, and I’ll look back at 2018 as a really great year. All stressful but worth it!

BEST MOVIE?

A Star Is Born. I honestly didn’t think it would be something I’d like... but Jaysus, it gets you. Pass the tissues!

BEST RECORD?

Maroon 5’s ‘Girls Like You’.

BEST TV PROGRAMME?

The Sinner. The first series was brilliant and the second followed suit – it was a great watch.

BEST BOOK?

Mine of course… but Andy Lee’s Fighter is a good read.

BEST THING ABOUT THE YEAR?

I made some plans and thankfully managed to see them through, which is a great source of personal pride.

HOPE FOR 2019?

Olivia sleeping through the night; me managing my work successfully; and that I can continue looking after two young babies... still trying to find the manual!

WHAT TICKLED YOUR FUNNYBONE?

I went along to the ’80/’90s disco in October with some friends. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it was great craic. Singing along to ‘Rhythm Is A Dancer’ brought back some memories!
