Fade Street Social is one of Dublin’s hippest eateries – and for good reason. It’s a meeting place, restaurant, tapas bar and cocktail winter garden, with each constituent part sitting effortlessly alongside the others; each attracts its own crowd and project its own vibe. The restaurant offers homegrown produce assembled into simple dishes packed with the flavours Dylan McGrath is internationally renowned for. The gastro bar, meanwhile, allows you to delve into the sharing menu, choosing bite-size, tapas-style taste bursts. And for good measure, experimental tastes abound in their smart cocktail bar.

Best Dish: Rib-Eye with Red Wine Butter, Parsley Breadcrumbs & Veal Jus – €36
