The Ballinwillin Organic Wild Boar Belly with Seared Scallops, Pancetta, Polenta, Apple & Cucumber Relish and Blasket Sound Whole Lobster with Colcannon & Thermidor Cream are just two of the dozen or so dishes that have an ‘L’ for local next to them on chef Martin Bealin’s all killer, no filler menu.
