Originally established in 1966, Chez Hans is housed in a converted Victorian Gothic church, with exquisite artworks on the wall. The food is excellent, with big robust flavours allied to great execution of timeless classics, especially with the beef and pork which are sourced locally. There’s also a Bib Gourmand-winning Café Hans at the same location, which is just down the road from the famous Rock of Cashel.
