The Brown Thomas Dublin SS19 preview

Brown Thomas fashion director Shelly Corkery welcomed Ireland’s top stylists, bloggers and fashion journalists to Level 1 of the Grafton Street store for a sneak preview of the SS19 international designer collections. The show featured 112 looks from brands including Gucci, Christian Dior and Balenciaga, plus new ready-to-wear brands to arrive to the store, like Jil Sander, Kitri, MM6, Rejina Pyo, Rotate, Stine Goya, Comme des Garçons Girl, Kenzo and Preen Line. From full-on glamour to timeless minimalism, every trend was showcased to perfection, with florals, feathers, fringing, sequins, tie-dyes and mini dresses all making an appearance. Post-show, guests gathered for a breakfast of granola pots and organic Irish smoked salmon and poached eggs with crushed avocado on sourdough in The Restaurant by Johnnie Cooke on the third floor to discuss their new season must-buys.
