Opening night of Margaret Egan’s The Breath of Sound

and Earth exhibition at Solomon Fine Art

Solomon Fine Art’s Tara Murphy welcomed renowned Wexfordbor­n, Dublin-based artist Margaret Egan and special guests and collectors for the opening night of The Breath of Sound and Earth, a collection of Egan’s latest figurative works and atmospheri­c landscapes based on her interpreta­tion of contempora­ry urban and rural life. Artistic director of the Druid Theatre Garry Hynes officially opened the exhibition, while guests included playwright Bernard Farrell, artists James Hanley, Frank O’Dea, Esme Lewis, Colin O’Daly and Orla de Brí; and Mind the Gap Films’ Bill Hughes and Bernadine Carraher. The exhibition continues until March 2.
