The launch of Tea Time at the Conrad Dublin

Foodies gathered in Lemuel’s in the five-star Conrad Dublin for the launch of Tea Time, a new concept created by the hotel’s pastry chef Brizaida Hernandez and Michelin chef Eddie Benghanem from Trianon Palace in Versailles, who were on hand to talk guests through the exquisite treats. If that weren’t enough, guests were spotted putting down their champagne flutes (for a spell) in order to sample the tea menu, guided by the hotel’s new tea sommelier, Shameerah Corrigan. Lemuel’s Tea Time menu features six sweet and three savoury options, with a choice of three items per section, all of which are served in sizeable portions with Jing Tea, €30 per person; €42 includes a glass of Henriot Champagne; €51 includes bottomless frizzante for two hours. Cheers!
