Opening night of Tennessee Williams’ The Glass Menagerie at The Gate

Theatre fans and arts enthusiasts queued up for the opening night of The Gate Theatre’s production of Tennessee Williams’ masterpiece, The Glass Menagerie, part of Selina Cartmell’s Love and Courage season. The play stars Samantha Bond, Zara Devlin, Marty Rea and Frank Blake, and is directed by Tom Cairns, marking the Irish director and designer’s Irish stage debut, with costumes by Lorna Marie Mugan. Performances run until June 1.
