SECOND HOME “My Italian family are from Montattico in Lazio, central Italy. This is my grandfather Domenico Perrozzi’s home. I took this picture of him standing outside his front door. I used the manual setting on the camera, lowered the F stop to increase the depth of field, and used a lower ISO setting to add contrast. I was really impressed to get this level of result from a phone camera. To take the picture of the tortellini, I used the ‘food’ setting on the camera, which chooses a focal point for you and adds depth of field for close-up shots.”
