Brown Thomas hosted an exclusive preview of Irish design

showcase CREATE to over 100 attendees, including participating designers Katie Ann McGuigan, Lainey Keogh, Colin Burke, Sara O’Neill and Bláithín Ennis. Guests attended the event on Level 1 of the luxury store and were welcomed by fashion director Shelly Corkery, who spearheads the initiative. DJ Tara Stewart spun the decks while rosé and a delectable assortment of canapés were served. Now in its ninth year, CREATE is Brown Thomas’ ongoing commitment to nurturing and uncovering Ireland’s

brightest new talent. This year’s installation presents 33 designers across ready-to-wear, handbags, millinery, jewellery, scarves, accessories, interiors and artisan food.
