Pack on glitter using your fingertips and clean up any that has fallen with a fan

brush and sticky tape.

There are no rules when it comes to wearing a glitter eye. You could pair the skin with a neutral base or go all out with a glitter lip too,

as seen at Rodarte.

For the eyeliner, start with

a pencil liner; that way, if you make any mistakes, it’s easy to clean up with a cotton bud and go over it with a liquid liner to get that defined graphic look.

If you’re not brave enough

to wear a full glittery graphic eye, just gently press in a few specks of glitter, scattering them randomly all across your eyelids, as seen at Dries Van Noten.
