The Image Interiors & Living Design Awards at Fire

Dublin restaurant Fire was packed with an excited crowd of interiors and design industry insiders as the fourth annual Image Interiors & Living Design Awards got underway. Guests sipped prosecco while perusing the pop-up exhibition of work by the nominees before adjourning upstairs

to the dining room – which was transformed for the day by stylist Ciara O’Donovan with her interpretation of the Irish table, complete with Stable of Ireland tablecloths; sustainably-grown flowers from The Flowerfield; Arran Street East pots; glass tumblers, jugs and vases from Jerpoint; candles from Rathbornes 1488; plant-dyed linen flower ties from Kathryn Davey; and Historic Interiors bentwood chairs – for a three-course lunch and to hear the winners announced by Home of the Year presenter and interior designer Deirdre Whelan, and Image Interiors

& Living editor Amanda Kavanagh. Jennifer Slattery, Eamonn Terry of Criostal na Rinne, Joe Hogan, the team behind the Easca mattress, Tricia Harris, We Make Good, Hugo Byrne, Maven, Clancy Moore architects, Suzie Mc Adam, Stephanie O’Sullivan of @theinformedcreative, and Joseph Walsh were awarded for pushing Irish design further.
