The Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year gala at the InterContinental
Following the Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year finals in the Dublin Cookery School, food industry insiders, including MCs Domini Kemp and Paul Flynn, and guest chef Michel Roux Jr, gathered in the InterContinental for a gala dinner and to learn of this year’s winner: Gráinne Mullins of Lignum restaurant, mentored by Daniel Africano. Guests enjoyed courses created by the mentor kitchens of some of the finalists, including starters from Bastible, a fish course created by Aniar, a meat course from Potager in Skerries, and desserts from The Greenhouse.
