PIZZA DOUGHS AND DON’TS

-

Place: BOCO, Bolton Street Would I go back: Yes. Ordered: No.4 pizza – tomato, Macroom buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, artichoke, parmesan, rocket, garlic and rosemary oil. We also got fries with parmesan, chilli oil and garlic dip. Price: around €16 for a pizza, on the pricier side but worth it for the crust! Size: Shared between 2, had half for lunch the next day.

Taste: Very cool place which looks like a pub from the outside. It’s huge inside and really busy. Really decent size pizza, crust is thick and delicious and even more delicious soaked in the chilli and garlic oil. The bottom was soft, I prefer it a bit crispier. The crust is perfect and I almost ate the crust that the people at the table beside us left behind – it should be a sin to leave it!
