Grill 2 Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages, along with Portobello mushrooms and vine tomatoes until cooked. Meanwhile, toast 2 slices of wholemeal bread (from a small 400g loaf) in a griddle pan over a high heat. Scramble a couple of eggs in a pan sprayed with low-calorie cooking spray along with some chopped chives and parsley. Rub a clove of garlic over the toast, then serve with the sausages, eggs, mushrooms
and tomatoes.
