Yalumba is Australia’s oldest family-owned winery (and a great place to visit if you find yourself in the south of the country). Viognier is a notoriously tricky grape, originally from the Rhône, and this organic version is absolutely textbook perfect: rich but balanced with an acidic backbone, peachy, quite full, fragrant and lovely.
