ACCEPTABLE TREATS, YOUR BAD HABIT CHECKLIST AND LONG-TERM MAINTENANCE

-

SO, WHAT treats are out there that won’t cause you to gain too much weight? The answer lies in the ingredients of whatever your treat food is! The best ingredients will have the best type of calories in them — so avoid the cheaper, additive-filled version. Long- t erm maintenance is actually really easy. I have now covered the food plans and shown you how you can eat out and stay on track. The flat tummy plan will help to get you in shape for a summer holiday, a wedding, a work function or important date. There are so many fad diets on the market that are out there — while this one is certainly hard work, it is also healthy, and achievable. I have guided you through the process day by day. Make sure to take each day one step at a time and watch your body transform over the course of just 28 days. But yes, mistakes happen — so what should you do if you fall off the wagon? Simple — get over it and get back on track straight away. The more you dwell on it, the harder it will become and before you know it, you will have lost all motivation. Try not to leave it until ‘tomorrow’ either. The very next meal is the perfect opportunity to begin again. This plan is built to be used all year round. You can start at any time and I will guide you through it day by day. Just keep your pull outs, store them in a safe place and use the 28-day plan whenever you need to.

This four-week plan has been about getting results, showing you how to exercise and giving you the tools to stay in shape after your plan finishes.

Keeping check in with me in my weekly column in Good Health, which comes free with the Irish Daily Mail every Tuesday. There, I’ll keep you motivated, focused and educated. But for now, well done on your results and thanks for getting on board with the plan.

Now, one last thing — make sure to go and show off that new body you have worked so hard for!
