Lana and her beau ring the changes while house hunting in LA

LANA Del Rey fuelled engagement rumours with rocker boyfriend Barrie- James O’Neill at the weekend, as the smitten pair were spotted househunting. They’ve been dating less than a year, but the Video Games singer’s romance with the Scot seems to be getting serious after the two were spotted looking at homes for sale in Los Angeles on Saturday. New Yorker Lana was seen wearing a noticeably large diamond rock on her engagement finger as she strolled down a path alongside her longhaired beau and a female companion.

The 27- year- old, pictured, matched her fancy piece of jewellery with a white and bluish- grey patterned A- l i ne frock.

It looked like they had a lot of ground to cover as all three carried printouts of homes for sale.

In February it was reported that the American had been dating the Kassidy singer for six months. ‘ They make a very unlikely couple, but they seem t o wor k , and bounce really well off one another,’ a source said at the time. And in April, Lana debuted her latest video for Summer Wine featuring the Kassidy singer as her on- screen love interest.

O’Neill’s band toured with Lana in the spring for her Paradise Tour in Europe. The property shopping spree was most likely a pleasant diversion from the controversy That was sparked by Lana’s dissing of f ormer f riend Lady Gaga. Lana’s song So Legit is believed to refer to Gaga’s rise to superstardom back in 2009, while Lana was still struggling to hit the charts. Del Rey refers to Gaga by her real name Stefani in one verses of the song, singing that she ‘looks like a man’. Other lyrics include: ‘Stefani, you suck, I know you’re selling 20million / Wish they could have seen you when we booed you off in Williamsburg.’
