The summer before Davy Fitzgerald’s appointment, Clare were the victims of a 17-point hammering at the hands of Galway. After a six-point win over the Tribesmen yesterday, the Banner boys are now in the last four of the AllIreland title race. Not a bad second season so far for Davy Fitz.
