The 22-year-old goalkeeper was loaned out to five clubs before signing for Colchester United five days ago.
BILLY CLIFFORD
No relation to Conor, right back Clifford (pictured) was an unused substitute in Chelsea’s Champions League match at Spartak Moscow in 2010. Signed a four-year contract in 2011 and is on loan at Yeovil.
ROHAN INCE
The 21-year-old centre half is Paul Ince’s third cousin and after a loan spell at Yeovil moved to Brighton last February. He has played 18 times this season.
JEFFREY BRUMA
Played nine times for Chelsea and was loaned to Leicester and Hamburg before joining PSV Eidhoven last summer. The 22-year-old defender has won seven caps for Holland.
AZIZ DEEN-CONTEH
Left back who played for England Under 19s but was released last year. Signed for Greek side Ergotelis FC in August.
JACOPO SALA
The Italian midfielder moved from West London to Hamburg in 2011 and now plays for Verona in Serie A.
CONOR CLIFFORD
After five loan spells, the central midfielder was released by Chelsea and joined Leicester but failed to play a game. In August, he signed for Southend.
ALIU DJALO
The Portuguese midfielder spent five years at Chelsea before moving to Cypriot team AEL Limassol. Joined Primeira Liga side Maritimo in July.
GOKHAN TORE
Left midfielder who followed Sala and Chelsea team-mate Michael Mancienne to Hamburg in 2011. Joined Rubin Kazan the following year and is now on loan at Besiktas.
JOSH MCEACHRAN
The midfielder (left) has played 22 times for Chelsea and signed a five-year deal in 2011. He joined Wigan on loan this week after a spell at Middlesbrough.
MARKO MITROVIC
The Swedish striker never made it into the Chelsea line-up and joined Serie B side Brescia in 2012.
