Spurs to keep Lloris

-

LAZIO are eyeing a move for Liverpool’s Fabio Borini (left). Liverpool need to off-load players to help fund their push for Aston Villa’s Christian Benteke, with Roma also keen on the Belgium striker. Lazio want Borini, and they’re also keen on Manchester United’s Javier Hernandez.

TOTTENHAM have no intention of selling Hugo Lloris this summer, despite the interest of Manchester United. Chairman Daniel Levy is prepared to rebuff all offers as he recognises the 28year-old Frenchman is key to Tottenham’s team. It is understood that no formal approach has yet been made. United are hopeful David de Gea will commit to a new deal but cannot guarantee that will be the end of Real Madrid’s pursuit of their Spanish No 1. Inter Milan’s Samir Handanovic and Stoke’s Asmir Begovic are other options. Tottenham are keen on Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan but will struggle to outbid wealthy rivals such as Paris Saint-Germain. Fiorentina are interested in Spurs midfielder Paulinho, who is set to leave along with Emmanuel Adebayor, Roberto Soldado, Mousa Dembele, Etienne Capoue, Vlad Chiriches and Aaron Lennon.

WEST BROM boss Tony Pulis is keen on Andre-Pierre Gignac of Marseille. SWANSEA have offered a new contract to Neil Taylor. BLACKBURN keeper Paul Robinson could return to Leeds. AC MILAN are looking at Manchester City’s Alvaro Negredo.

STOKE are poised to make Danish goalkeeper Jakob Haugaard their first signing of the summer. The 23-year-old, who plays for Midtjylland, has been tipped for a bright future after a breakthrough season and is likely to join for £600,000.
