DAVE KEARNEY has no fears that Ireland will be lacking leadership with Jamie Heaslip taking over the captaincy from Paul O’Connell. ‘There was a lot of experience there with Paul, his fourth World Cup,’ said Kearney. ‘He is a massive loss but Jamie is really experienced at captaincy and it’s nothing really different for him. ‘It’s one of the big positives about the squad, we have so many leaders who can step up and take that leadership role. ‘This week Jamie has had to talk more, but it’s something that comes really natural so it’s nothing really out of the ordinary for him.’
