First picture of the woman accused of royal stalking

- By Andy Dolan

THIS is the woman arrested after talking her way into Prince George’s school.

Louise Chantry, an unemployed holistic healer, was fixated on Britain’s royal family – and Kate and William in particular – her mother claimed yesterday.

Chantry, 40, is pictured smiling on her wedding day, however, she walked out on her husband last year after months of rows, her neighbours said.

Police arrested her on Wednesday after she allegedly turned up twice in 24 hours at Thomas’s London Day School.

Prince George was not in the building on either occasion.

She is understood to have suffered a breakdown in recent months and has been diagnosed with clinical depression. Her mother, Rhona Crawford, 75, told an English newspaper that her daughter ‘just loves the royal family and loves kids’.

She added: ‘She wouldn’t have done any harm to George. He would have been safe with her.’

She said her daughter especially adored the future king’s parents as they ‘represent the ideal family life she would like to have’.

‘[Louise has] been under a lot of stress. She has no children herself. She wants stability, a home she is happy in. I’m very sad this has happened, it’s a horrible incident.’

Chantry and her husband David’s six-year marriage collapsed last year.

Neighbours recalled once seeing her shouting at Mr Chantry in the street, before she left the marital home, and was not seen back there.
